Technical Program Manager- Heroku

This role is suited to an experienced program manager who thrives in a fast-paced and complex environment.Required Qualifications:• 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in a technical environment• Experience working with Heroku or similar Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle• Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodology• Able to work independently and as part of a team• Experience with customer service and training• PMP certification is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the execution of projects related to Salesforce’s Heroku team to drive customer success.
2. Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and with expected quality standards.
3. Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
4. Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
5. Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
6. Communicate project statuses and updates to stakeholders.
7. Develop and implement best practices for project management and execution.
8. Monitor and manage customer service and training.
9. Provide advice and guidance on project management and execution.
10. Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
11. Work with a team of engineers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
