1. Develop and execute project plans for complex technical programs from conception through completion

3. Monitor progress of projects, identify risks, and take corrective action as needed
4. Develop and communicate project status reports to stakeholders
5. Manage resources and staff to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
6. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners
7. Work independently and proactively to identify and resolve technical issues
8. Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to delivering the highest quality products and services to Salesforce customers
9. Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies
