Technical Architect

You’ll be a key player in our team as you assess customer requirements, develop technical designs, and ensure the successful implementation of these solutions.The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Salesforce cloud technology and a proven track record of success in designing and delivering technical solutions. • Assess customer requirements and develop technical designs to meet those requirements • Ensure successful implementation of technical solutions for customers • Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-level technical solutions • Collaborate with various stakeholders and teams to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions • Stay up to date with the latest technologies to ensure the best solutions for customers • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers • Monitor customer feedback and make necessary changes to ensure customer satisfaction
