You will also be responsible for understanding customer needs and providing timely solutions to their technical challenges.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You should be well-versed in the Salesforce platform, familiar with customer service principles, and have an excellent track record in resolving customer issues. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to Salesforce customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
