- Develop and implement innovative and effective talent attraction strategies to attract top talent in the AI industry
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, universities, and other talent sources to expand our talent pool
- Create and manage job postings and advertisements to increase visibility and attract qualified candidates
- Use data and analytics to track and analyze the success of talent attraction efforts and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment plans
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet the requirements and values of Salesforce
- Represent Salesforce at job fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events to promote our brand and attract top talent
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, specifically in the AI space
- Continuously identify and recommend new and innovative ways to attract and engage top talent
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and data in our applicant tracking system
- Act as a brand ambassador for Salesforce and promote our company culture and values to potential candidates
- Collaborate with other members of the Futureforce team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, With A Focus On Recruitment For Ai Or Technology Roles.
Strong Understanding Of Ai And Its Impact On The Workforce, As Well As The Ability To Stay Updated On The Latest Trends And Developments In The Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Attracting And Hiring Top Talent, Particularly In The Ai Space.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.
