Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Familiarity With Artificial Intelligence And Its Application In Recruitment And Talent Acquisition.
Strong Understanding Of Diversity And Inclusion Practices And Experience In Implementing Them In Recruiting Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And External Partners.
