Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Attraction Partner to join our Salesforce team! The ideal candidate is a motivated, creative, and organized professional who is passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences.The Talent Attraction Partner will be responsible for helping to build our employer brand and creating strategic partnerships with external organizations to ensure we are connecting with a diverse pool of talent. To be successful in this position, you should have a deep understanding of modern recruitment principles and be comfortable developing and executing creative strategies to engage job seekers.The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment• Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Strong understanding of employment law and regulations• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environmentIf you are a motivated professional with a passion for recruiting and a desire to join a world-leading organization, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent. • Manage employer branding initiatives to ensure an attractive and engaging presence. • Source, screen, and evaluate job applications to ensure an appropriate fit. • Partner with external organizations to create strategic recruitment partnerships. • Craft job postings and other recruitment materials to capture the attention of job seekers. • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment needs are met. • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to track and analyze recruitment data. • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance with employment regulations. • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
