Job Description

As a Talent Attraction Partner at Salesforce, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining a talented workforce by connecting top talent with our mission-driven organization. You will be responsible for driving an outstanding candidate experience while building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and potential candidates.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong track record in recruiting and talent acquisition, a passion for connecting people with organizations, and a deep understanding of the technology industry. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a customer-focused outlook, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract a highly talented and diverse workforce.
  2. Source and identify potential candidates by leveraging a variety of resources, including but not limited to job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
  3. Evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and standards set by the company.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and potential candidates.
  5. Spearhead the candidate selection process by conducting interviews, administering assessments, and providing feedback.
  6. Provide an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication and proactive follow-up.
  7. Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  8. Monitor and report on recruitment progress, success rates, and other metrics.
  9. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  10. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
