Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract a highly talented and diverse workforce.
- Source and identify potential candidates by leveraging a variety of resources, including but not limited to job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
- Evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and standards set by the company.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and potential candidates.
- Spearhead the candidate selection process by conducting interviews, administering assessments, and providing feedback.
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication and proactive follow-up.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Monitor and report on recruitment progress, success rates, and other metrics.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
