Job Description

We at Salesforce are looking for a Business Value Services Director for Tableau who can help customers unlock the power of their data. This role is ideal for a driven and experienced leader who is passionate about driving customer success.The successful candidate will have experience in customer success, business intelligence, and data analytics and be able to effectively utilize Tableau products to help customers gain valuable insights from their data. They should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success with customer engagements.We are seeking an individual who is proactive, has a strong customer-centric approach, and is eager to bring innovative solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate should be able to work collaboratively within a team environment and be comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders.In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success through the successful implementation of Tableau products. You will have to become an expert Tableau user, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with our customers to ensure their success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer success with Tableau products.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert for Tableau products and be able to provide technical guidance and assistance.
  3. Collaborate with customers to identify and address their needs and ensure the successful implementation of Tableau products.
  4. Develop innovative solutions to customer challenges and proactively identify new opportunities.
  5. Assist in training and onboarding customers for Tableau products.
  6. Monitor customer performance and provide guidance on best practices.
  7. Work collaboratively with other stakeholders and teams to ensure customer success.
  8. Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tableau products and industry developments.
