
Tableau - Business Value Services Director

The ideal candidate should be able to work collaboratively within a team environment and be comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders.In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success through the successful implementation of Tableau products. You will have to become an expert Tableau user, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with our customers to ensure their success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer success with Tableau products.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Tableau products and be able to provide technical guidance and assistance.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and address their needs and ensure the successful implementation of Tableau products.
- Develop innovative solutions to customer challenges and proactively identify new opportunities.
- Assist in training and onboarding customers for Tableau products.
- Monitor customer performance and provide guidance on best practices.
- Work collaboratively with other stakeholders and teams to ensure customer success.
- Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tableau products and industry developments.
