- Develop and drive the overall strategy and direction for the Enterprise IT division, in line with the company's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, and translate them into actionable IT strategies.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation within the organization and develop plans to implement them.
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the team's success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for their adoption to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Develop and manage the Enterprise IT division's budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, regularly reviewing and optimizing processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to ensure alignment and integration of IT strategies with overall business strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert on all things related to Enterprise IT, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of IT initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards.
- Communicate IT strategies, progress, and challenges to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Extensive Experience In Enterprise It Strategy Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing It Strategies For Large Organizations. This Should Include Experience In Defining Technology Roadmaps, Identifying Key Business Drivers, And Creating A Long-Term Vision For It.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Executive, The Svp, Enterprise It Strategy Lead Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of It Strategists And Collaborating With Other Leaders Across The Organization. Therefore, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Strategies And Ideas To Diverse Stakeholders.
