We are looking for a Support Engineer at Salesforce to join our team and help customers find solutions to their technical challenges. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in customer relationship management. As a Support Engineer, you will help customers troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and able to think on your feet. Additionally, you should have strong technical problem-solving abilities, a customer-focused attitude, and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its features.
