Success Architect - Datorama
In this role, you will leverage skills ranging from product expertise, industry expertise, project management, data analysis, training, and technical consultation. Be a trusted advisor engaging with customer stakeholders to define a marketing intelligence use case and adoption roadmap that aligns to their business goals. Provide guidance on building marketing intelligence solutions powered by Datorama for customers across various industries. Guide customers to innovate and accelerate their growth by leveraging the right tools and Datorama features, ultimately guiding customers to unlock continuous business value. Provide design recommendations, architecture oversight, and governance that follow leading practices and allow for scalable and secure solution architectures. Deliver one-to-one and one-to-many Success programs that accelerate platform adoption, utilization, and business value from their investment in Datorama.
Minimum 2+ years relevant work experience, including experience involving both Architecture domain and Cloud technologies
Ability to work with and understand data models and large data sets
Experience guiding customers in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
