Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and inspiring Success Architect to join our team at Salesforce. Our ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a passion for helping our customers reach their goals. The Success Architect will oversee the overall success of our customers’ Salesforce implementations, ensuring they are able to leverage the full power of our platform and achieve their desired outcomes.This role requires an individual who can collaborate with various stakeholders, offer guidance to customer teams, and be able to effectively communicate complex ideas in a user-friendly manner. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:• At least 5 years of experience in a customer facing role• Experience with Salesforce products, architecture, and/or implementations• Strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships at all levels• Technical acumen with the ability to quickly understand customer challenges• An aptitude for analysis and problem-solving• Excellent presentation and training capabilities• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesIf you are a personable individual with a passion for helping customers succeed, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a customer success plan for all Salesforce implementations • Work closely with customers to ensure their implementations are successful and help troubleshoot any issues they may face • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure customer success is achieved • Understand customer challenges and provide guidance on product architecture and implementation • Develop and deliver customer presentations and trainings on Salesforce products • Leverage analysis and problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions to customer needs • Monitor customer progress and provide timely updates • Ensure customer deadlines are met and customer expectations are exceeded • Remain up-to-date on Salesforce products and industry trends
