  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and acquire new clients in the retail and consumer goods industry.
  2. Identify key decision makers and build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and position Salesforce as a valuable solution.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth within the industry.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address clients' specific needs and challenges.
  5. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring they are aligned with Salesforce's sales goals and objectives.
  6. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their business goals.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
  10. Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our network.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to reach potential clients.
  12. Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, progress, and challenges.
  13. Continuously improve sales techniques and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Maintain a thorough understanding of Salesforce's products and services, as well as competitors' offerings, to effectively position the company in the market.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Salesforce, promoting our values, mission, and culture to clients and prospects.
