Job Description

As the Sr. Manager of Stock Administration at Salesforce, you will have the opportunity to join a team of passionate professionals responsible for administering stock-related programs at the world's leading customer relationship management (CRM) company. We are looking for an individual with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset who can effectively lead a team to success.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of five years of experience in stock administration and/or human resources, in addition to a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A thorough understanding of stock administration, compliance rules, and employee relations processes is also required.You must have the ability to build relationships with employees and management, while demonstrating excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, anticipate issues, and work proactively to ensure the efficient and compliant administration of stock programs. Responsibilities:

  7. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure the team is informed of any changes.
  8. Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members.
  9. Develop and implement training programs for stock administration team members.
