  1. Develop and implement new onboarding processes for Salesforce's global workforce.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for employees.
  3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry best practices for onboarding.
  4. Create and maintain onboarding materials and resources for employees.
  5. Manage the onboarding timeline and communicate with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely process.
  6. Evaluate and improve current onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Act as a point of contact for new hires and provide support throughout the onboarding journey.
  8. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to onboarding.
  9. Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive and engaging onboarding experience for new employees.
  10. Track and report onboarding metrics to measure the success and impact of the onboarding program.
  11. Manage onboarding logistics, including scheduling orientation sessions, preparing materials, and coordinating with facilities and IT.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on onboarding, providing guidance and support to HR and hiring managers.
  13. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance the onboarding experience.
  14. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to employee experience and development.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate the onboarding process to align with the company's goals and values.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Onboarding Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Onboarding Employees In A Global Context. This Includes Understanding The Legal And Cultural Nuances Of Different Countries, As Well As The Various Compliance Requirements For Onboarding Employees In Different Regions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Specialist, Global Onboarding, Effective Communication With Stakeholders At All Levels Is Crucial. This Includes Communicating With New Hires, Hr Teams, And Managers In Different Countries. The Candidate Should Be Able To Build Relationships And Collaborate Effectively With A Diverse Group Of Individuals.

  • Experience With Project Management: Onboarding Employees Globally Involves Managing Multiple Tasks And Timelines. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management And Be Able To Prioritize And Handle A High Volume Of Work Efficiently.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Technology And Systems: Salesforce Is A Technology-Driven Organization, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Hr Technology And Systems. This Includes Experience With Onboarding Software, Hris, And Other Tools That Facilitate A Seamless Onboarding Experience.

  • Multilingual Proficiency: The Ability To Speak Multiple Languages Is Highly Desirable For A Specialist, Global Onboarding At Salesforce. This Is Especially Important When Communicating With Employees In Different Countries And Understanding Their Needs And Concerns. Fluency In Languages Commonly Used In Salesforce's Global Offices, Such As Spanish, Japanese, Or German, Would Be An Asset.
