  1. Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Salesforce products.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce products and their technical capabilities.
  4. Serve as a technical expert and provide guidance and support to sales teams during the sales process.
  5. Proactively identify and address any technical or product-related issues that may arise during the sales process.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities for Salesforce products.
  8. Create and deliver technical presentations and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  9. Participate in product testing and provide feedback to the product development team.
  10. Continuously improve and enhance product demonstration techniques to effectively showcase the value of Salesforce products.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure the success of sales efforts.
  12. Travel to client sites as needed to conduct in-person demonstrations and meetings.
  13. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update sales databases with relevant information.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of the Pre-Sales team by sharing knowledge and best practices with team members.
