  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, and develop customized solutions using Salesforce products.
  2. Leverage technical expertise to design and implement solutions that address complex business problems and drive growth and success for clients.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce products, staying up-to-date on new features and updates.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients to clearly explain technical concepts and solutions in a way that is easily understandable.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.
  7. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, acting as a trusted advisor and building strong relationships.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to Salesforce products and technologies.
  9. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve upon existing solutions, processes, and methodologies.
  11. Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation and training materials.
  12. Demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and driving business success through the use of Salesforce products.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Technical Sales Or Pre-Sales Role, Preferably In Enterprise Software.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing And Saas Technology, Specifically Salesforce Products.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Articulate Technical Concepts To Diverse Audiences.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Solution Design And Delivery, With A Customer-Centric Approach.
