  1. Understand and analyze customers' needs and requirements in order to provide effective solutions using Salesforce technology.

  3. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, providing technical support and expertise throughout the sales process.

  5. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and recommendations on how to best utilize Salesforce to achieve their specific business goals.
  6. Continuously stay updated on the latest Salesforce products, features, and solutions in order to effectively position them to customers.
  7. Build strong and lasting relationships with customers, earning their trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
  8. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing valuable insights and feedback to drive product and service improvements.
  9. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and provide regular reports and updates to management on customer success and satisfaction.
  10. Actively contribute to the overall success of the company by driving business growth and promoting customer retention through excellent service and support.
