As a Software Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.   1. Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of software products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
  2. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to accurately and efficiently identify and report software defects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure they are accurately reflected in testing efforts.
  4. Continuously monitor and improve the software testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the highest level of product quality.
  5. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
  6. Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and product owners.
  7. Document and maintain detailed records of test results and defects.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and techniques for software testing and quality assurance.
  9. Provide guidance and support to colleagues in the areas of software testing and quality assurance.
  10. Collaborate with the product development team to proactively identify and address potential quality issues before they occur.
  11. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas and insights to improve the overall quality of our software products.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  13. Adhere to company standards and procedures for software testing and quality assurance.
  14. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering high-quality software products.
  15. Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a high level of accountability for the quality of work produced.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Software Quality Assurance And Testing.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies.

  • Experience With Automated Testing Tools And Frameworks.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues.
