  1. Design and develop software solutions that meet the technical and business requirements of Salesforce's cloud-based platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  3. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality and scalable code.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, using analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the platform's performance and functionality.
  6. Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow and achieve their full potential.
  7. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to software engineering best practices.
  8. Work with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and any potential roadblocks.
  10. Contribute to the overall technical strategy and architecture of the Salesforce platform.
  11. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  12. Continuously optimize and improve existing code for better performance and scalability.
  13. Collaborate with other teams, such as product management, QA, and operations, to ensure smooth development and deployment of features.
  14. Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to streamline development and delivery processes.
  15. Adhere to Salesforce's development processes and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across the platform.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Multiple Programming Languages, Such As Java, Python, Or Javascript.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With A Focus On Building Enterprise-Level Applications.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Agile Development Methodologies And Tools, Such As Scrum And Jira.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Mentor And Guide A Team Of Software Engineers.
