Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.
Extensive Experience And Knowledge Of Software Development Methodologies And Tools Such As Agile, Scrum, And Git.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, As Well As Mentor And Coach Junior Engineers.
