  5. Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow and improve their skills in software development.
  6. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
  7. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  8. Conduct research and make recommendations for new technologies and tools that can enhance our software development process.
  9. Actively participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
  10. Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and requirements.
  12. Follow agile software development methodologies and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With A Focus On Object-Oriented Programming And Web Technologies.

  • Deep Understanding Of The Software Development Lifecycle, Including Agile Methodologies And Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (Ci/Cd) Practices.

  • Strong Coding Skills In Languages Such As Java, Javascript, Or Apex, And Experience With Development Frameworks And Tools Such As Angular, React, Or Salesforce Dx.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Complex Software Projects And Teams, With A Strong Ability To Prioritize And Delegate Tasks Effectively.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Design, Develop, And Deliver High-Quality Software Solutions.
