  1. Lead the design and development of Salesforce's Field Service solutions.

  3. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Software Engineering: A Successful Software Engineering Principal Architect At Salesforce Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, With A Strong Track Record Of Leading And Delivering Large-Scale Software Projects.

  • Expertise In Salesforce Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Salesforce Technologies, Including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, And Salesforce Apis. They Should Also Be Proficient In Designing And Implementing Complex Salesforce Solutions.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Principal Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Mentoring A Team Of Engineers. Therefore, Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Foster A Collaborative And Productive Work Environment, Are Essential.
