  1. Lead and manage a team of Android developers to deliver high-quality mobile solutions for our customers.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  3. Develop and maintain complex Android applications using the latest technologies and best practices.
  4. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the Android development ecosystem and incorporate them into our applications.
  5. Mentor and guide team members to ensure consistent coding standards and best practices are followed.
  6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  7. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in a timely manner.
  8. Work closely with product managers and designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
  9. Keep track of project timelines and deliverables, and communicate progress and any roadblocks to the project stakeholders.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the performance, stability, and scalability of our Android applications.
  11. Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and maintenance.
  12. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve our products and processes.
  13. Collaborate with other technical teams to integrate our Android applications with other systems and platforms.
  14. Stay updated with industry developments and share knowledge and expertise with the team.
  15. Uphold Salesforce's core values of trust, customer success, innovation, and equality in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Developing And Designing Android Applications

  • Expertise In Java, Kotlin, And Android Sdk

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Android Developers

  • Strong Understanding Of Mobile Development Best Practices, Including Testing, Debugging, And Performance Optimization
