  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with small, medium, and growth businesses in order to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and utilizing Salesforce tools and resources.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed set sales targets.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis of target markets and industries to identify potential clients and understand their pain points.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process and provide the best possible experience for clients.
  6. Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Salesforce products and services to potential clients through presentations and product demonstrations.
  7. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and consistently follow up on all sales opportunities.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' strategies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  9. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
  10. Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
  11. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and providing them with solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
  13. Actively listen to client feedback and relay it to the appropriate teams to help improve our products and services.
  14. Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce products and services in order to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
  15. Meet or exceed all performance metrics and KPIs set by the company.
