
Signature Support Engineer (Technical)
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Signature Support Engineer (Technical) to join Salesforce and help us provide our customers with best-in-class technical support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and is customer-focused.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role, and have a deep understanding of Salesforce products and services. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is able to think quickly on their feet, use their strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, and effectively manage customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class technical support to Salesforce customers.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues.
- Analyze and document customer needs and provide feedback on customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Remain current on Salesforce products and services.
- Communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and think quickly on your feet.
- Provide customer training and support as needed.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills
