  1. Create and maintain a user-centered design approach for all website platforms.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify design solutions that meet business objectives.
  3. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform design decisions.
  4. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
  5. Ensure consistency in design across all website platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
  6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the user experience and innovate through design.
  7. Lead design reviews and solicit feedback from team members and stakeholders.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
  9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers on the team.
  10. Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide design assets and specifications.
  11. Work with project managers to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
  12. Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.
  13. Conduct regular usability testing and incorporate findings into design iterations.
  14. Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all design deliverables.
  15. Contribute to the overall design strategy and vision for Salesforce's website platforms.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Designing And Developing User Interfaces For Complex Website Platforms, Preferably With A Focus On Enterprise-Level Solutions.

  • Strong Expertise In User-Centered Design Principles, Including User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, And Usability Testing.

  • Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Ui/Ux Designs For Large-Scale Websites, With A Portfolio Showcasing A Variety Of Projects And A Deep Understanding Of Design Systems.

  • Excellent Knowledge Of Front-End Development Technologies Such As Html, Css, And Javascript, As Well As Experience Working With Design Tools Like Sketch, Figma, Or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Clients To Understand Business Goals And Translate Them Into Effective Ui/Ux Solutions.
