- Design and develop user interfaces for Salesforce's website platforms, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to define and implement design solutions that align with business goals.
- Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, and proactively bring new ideas and approaches to the team.
- Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior designers to ensure consistency and quality in design output.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Help establish and maintain design guidelines and best practices to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all website platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual assets for website content and promotional materials.
- Continuously monitor and analyze website performance, and make data-driven design decisions to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
Extensive Experience In Designing And Developing User Interfaces For Website Platforms, With A Focus On Creating Intuitive And Visually Appealing User Experiences.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry-Standard Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision, As Well As Experience With Front-End Web Development Languages Like Html, Css, And Javascript.
Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Ui/Ux Designers, Providing Guidance And Feedback To Ensure High-Quality Design Work And Effective Collaboration.
Proven Experience In Conducting User Research, Creating Wireframes And Prototypes, And Conducting User Testing To Inform Design Decisions And Improve The Overall User Experience.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Design Decisions, Ideas, And Solutions To Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Non-Technical Team Members.
