
Senior Technical Support Engineer-Commerce Cloud
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Technical Support Engineer for our Commerce Cloud team at Salesforce. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for our customers, providing technical support and guidance to ensure their success. You should have a deep understanding of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, while also providing customer service excellence. If you have a passion for problem-solving and a drive to help our customers succeed, this could be the perfect role for you.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience• 5+ years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a similar role• Expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, including its configuration, integration, and customization• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and other web technologies• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve customer issues in a timely manner• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude• Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer issues
Responsibilities: • Provide technical support and guidance to customers using the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. • Work with customers to identify and resolve issues, while providing excellent customer service. • Configure, integrate, and customize the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. • Develop and maintain HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and other web technologies. • Analyze customer problems to determine root causes and recommend solutions. • Document customer interactions, issues, inquiries, and resolutions. • Keep up to date on new features and functionality to ensure customers get the most value out of their Salesforce Commerce Cloud investment. • Communicate with customers effectively to ensure they understand the solutions provided.
