  1. Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with company goals and drive employee engagement and success.
  2. Create and deliver impactful messaging and programs that effectively communicate company news, updates, and initiatives to employees.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and content for internal communications.
  4. Utilize various channels, such as email, newsletters, intranet, and social media, to effectively communicate with employees.
  5. Ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging across all internal communication channels.
  6. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their communication needs and provide support.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in internal communications and make recommendations for implementation.
  9. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Salesforce, effectively communicating the company's mission, values, and culture to employees.
  11. Mentor and support junior members of the internal communications team.
  12. Collaborate with external communications team to ensure alignment of messaging and branding.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve internal communication processes and systems.
  14. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Internal Communications Or Employee Engagement Role.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Internal Communication Strategies.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
