Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Internal Communications, Preferably In A Large And Diverse Organization.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Internal Communication Strategies And Campaigns.
Strong Understanding Of Employee Engagement And Change Management Principles.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With All Levels Of Employees Within The Organization.
