Job Description

  1. Develop and execute internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees about company news, updates, and initiatives.
  2. Create and implement effective communication plans that align with the company's mission and values, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and create compelling content for internal communications, including emails, newsletters, town halls, and other communication channels.
  4. Manage and maintain company-wide communication platforms, including intranet, email distribution lists, and other tools.
  5. Monitor and analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve internal communication efforts.
  6. Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for leaders and managers on effective communication practices and strategies.
  7. Lead the planning and execution of company events and town halls, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with company goals and values.
  8. Maintain a strong understanding of company culture, goals, and initiatives to effectively communicate and reinforce them to employees.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in internal communication to bring innovative ideas and strategies to the team.
  10. Collaborate with other teams, such as HR and Marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
  11. Manage and mentor junior members of the internal communications team to foster their growth and development.
  12. Ensure all communications are compliant with company policies and guidelines.
  13. Act as a liaison between employees and leadership, addressing any concerns or questions related to internal communications.
  14. Represent the company's values and culture in all internal communications, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline internal communication processes and systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Internal Communications, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Writing, Editing, And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Create Compelling And Engaging Content For Employees.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Internal Communication Strategies That Align With Company Goals And Values.

  • Familiarity With Various Communication Channels, Including Digital Platforms, In-Person Events, And Employee Newsletters.
