Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce's cloud infrastructure to ensure availability, reliability, and performance.
2. Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to the cloud infrastructure.
3. Develop, implement, and maintain scripting, automation, and monitoring tools, as well as other software solutions to ensure optimal performance.
4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce's cloud infrastructure.
5. Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Develop best practices and procedures for the maintenance and optimization of cloud infrastructures.
7. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
8. Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies related to cloud infrastructure.
9. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
