  1. Design and implement custom solutions for clients using Salesforce platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other programming languages.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot issues with existing Salesforce implementations.
  5. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features, and make recommendations for their implementation in current projects.
  6. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve coding standards.
  7. Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices for Salesforce development.
  8. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
  9. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize existing Salesforce processes and workflows.
  11. Collaborate with Salesforce support to resolve any technical issues or bugs.
  12. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in Salesforce and make recommendations for their implementation in current projects.
  13. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  14. Ensure all development work is in compliance with Salesforce security and coding standards.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce development and provide guidance to the team on best practices and techniques.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Salesforce: A Senior Salesforce Developer Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience Working With The Salesforce Platform, Including A Deep Understanding Of Its Architecture, Data Model, And Features.

  • Proficient In Apex And Visualforce: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Command Of Apex, Salesforce's Proprietary Programming Language, And Visualforce, Its Front-End Development Framework. They Should Be Able To Write Efficient Code And Troubleshoot Complex Issues.

  • Knowledge Of Lightning Web Components: As Salesforce Transitions To Lightning Experience, A Senior Salesforce Developer Should Have Experience Developing With Lightning Web Components, Salesforce's New Standards-Based Framework For Building User Interfaces.

  • Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Best Practices: A Senior Salesforce Developer Should Be Well-Versed In Salesforce Development Best Practices, Including Coding Standards, Testing Methodologies, And Release Management Processes.

  • Familiarity With Integrations And Data Migration: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Integrating Salesforce With External Systems Using Apis And Have Knowledge Of Data Migration Tools And Techniques For Importing And Exporting Data Into Salesforce.
