Senior Recruiter

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team at Salesforce! We are looking for an individual that is highly motivated and has a passion for recruiting. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, driving the recruitment process, and developing best practices for recruiting success.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in recruitment and experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multi-task, and have a deep understanding of the recruitment process. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure successful recruitment process • Develop best practices for recruiting success • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates • Assess the fit of potential hires against the company’s culture and values • Utilize both traditional and modern recruitment methods to identify top talent • Maintain and develop relationships with hiring managers, external networks, and recruitment agencies • Track and report recruitment data and metrics • Establish and maintain records of recruitment activity • Stay up-to-date on trends, changes, and developments in the recruitment industry • Provide guidance and training to team members on recruitment processes and policies
