
Senior Program Manager, Lead to Cash PMO

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Lead to Cash process and its impact on overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement in the Lead to Cash process.
- Monitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the Lead to Cash process, proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Develop and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and templates to enable efficient and effective project delivery.
- Communicate project updates and progress to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth.
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends related to program management and process optimization.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
- Act as a liaison between the PMO team and other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and collaboration.
- Prepare and present project status reports and metrics to senior leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the PMO team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to project management and process optimization.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Extensive Project Management Experience: A Senior Program Manager For The Lead To Cash Pmo Role At Salesforce Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
