- Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for our digital intelligence and automation products, in alignment with the company's overall vision and goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to gather input and feedback on product features and functionality
- Prioritize and manage product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements
- Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, provide guidance, and make trade-off decisions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points, and use that knowledge to inform product decisions
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders and external audiences, such as customers and partners
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and use insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future product development
- Stay current with industry developments and emerging technologies related to digital intelligence and automation, and leverage that knowledge to drive product innovation and differentiation.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Senior Product Manager In This Role Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Digital Intelligence And Automation Space. They Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Digital Products.
Knowledge Of Digital Intelligence And Automation Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Digital Intelligence And Automation Technologies Such As Ai, Machine Learning, And Robotic Process Automation. They Should Be Able To Leverage These Technologies To Create Innovative And Effective Solutions For Customers.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Role, The Product Manager Should Have Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team And Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration. They Should Also Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Present Product Strategies, Roadmaps, And Updates To Stakeholders At All Levels.
Strategic Mindset: The Senior Product Manager Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Think Long-Term About Market Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitive Landscape. They Should Be Able To Develop And Execute Product Strategies That Align With The Overall Business Goals Of Salesforce.
