Responsibilities:

  1. Drive growth by developing relationships with partners and leveraging existing customer relationships to increase Salesforce’s presence in the partner community.
  2. Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving.
  3. Develop customer-centric solutions to meet customer needs and improve Salesforce’s presence in the partner community.
  4. Monitor partner performance and provide feedback and guidance to ensure successful partnerships.
  5. Collaborate with Salesforce’s internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of customer projects and initiatives.
  6. Utilize Salesforce's products to maximize customer value and drive business growth.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Salesforce's products and services.
