
Senior Manager, Technical Program Management: Integration & Automation

- Lead and manage integration and automation projects within Salesforce's customer relationship management platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the project.
- Mentor and guide team members in project management best practices, tools, and processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of integration and automation projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to integration and automation, and apply them to project management processes.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and high-quality project delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to integration and automation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Drive the adoption of best practices, methodologies, and standards across the organization.
Extensive Experience In Technical Program Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Technical Program Management, With A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Integration And Automation Projects. This Experience Should Include Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Developing And Executing Project Plans, And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Expertise In Integration Technologies: As The Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Integration Technologies, Such As Api, Etl, And Middleware, And Their Application Within A Complex Enterprise Environment. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing And Managing Integration Solutions Across Multiple Systems And Platforms.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Complex Technical Projects With Multiple Dependencies And Stakeholders. They Should Possess Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Develop And Execute Project Plans, Manage Risks And Issues, And Communicate Project Status And Progress Effectively.
Automation And Process Improvement Experience: The Role Requires A Candidate With A Strong Background In Automation And Process Improvement. They Should Have Experience In Identifying Opportunities For Automation, Implementing Automation Tools And Processes, And Driving Efficiency And Productivity Gains Across The Organization.
