Extensive Experience In Technical Program Management: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Technical Program Management, Preferably In A High-Growth, Global Organization. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Integration And Automation Projects.
Strong Understanding Of Integration And Automation Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Integration Methodologies And Automation Tools, Such As Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, And Automation Anywhere. They Should Also Have A Solid Understanding Of Api Management, Microservices Architecture, And Cloud-Based Technologies.
Exceptional Project Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Complex Projects Simultaneously. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile And Scrum, And Be Able To Develop And Manage Project Plans, Budgets, And Timelines.
