  1. Lead and manage technical program management initiatives across the organization.
  2. Develop and implement integration and automation strategies to improve efficiency for clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
  4. Drive innovation and process improvement through the use of cutting-edge technologies.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  6. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  7. Monitor progress and identify and address any project risks or roadblocks.
  8. Communicate project updates and status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  9. Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical program management.
  11. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall team performance.
  12. Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand client needs and provide solutions.
  13. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  15. Represent the organization and promote its values and culture to external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Technical Program Management: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Technical Program Management, Preferably In A High-Growth, Global Organization. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Integration And Automation Projects.

  • Strong Understanding Of Integration And Automation Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Integration Methodologies And Automation Tools, Such As Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, And Automation Anywhere. They Should Also Have A Solid Understanding Of Api Management, Microservices Architecture, And Cloud-Based Technologies.

  • Exceptional Project Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Complex Projects Simultaneously. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile And Scrum, And Be Able To Develop And Manage Project Plans, Budgets, And Timelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: This Role Involves Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Engineers, Developers, And Product Managers. The Candidate Should Have Strong Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Drive Alignment And Manage Stakeholder Expectations.
