- Develop and drive the technical program strategy for integration and automation initiatives within Salesforce, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of technical program managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer success, to identify integration and automation opportunities and drive their implementation.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of integration and automation efforts.
- Responsible for managing and prioritizing the team's work backlog, ensuring timely delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to integration and automation projects, communicating them to stakeholders and developing mitigation plans.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on integration and automation best practices, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, encouraging new ideas and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support integration and automation efforts.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress and impact of integration and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with other senior managers to develop and implement cross-functional processes and standards for integration and automation projects.
- Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences, showcasing our integration and automation capabilities.
- Mentor and coach team members, helping them grow and develop their skills and knowledge in technical program management.
- Create and maintain documentation and training materials for integration and automation processes and tools.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion within the team.
Extensive Experience In Technical Program Management: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Technical Programs, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment. They Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Best Practices.
Strong Knowledge Of Integration And Automation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Integration And Automation Technologies, Tools, And Processes. They Should Have Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Integration Solutions And Automating Workflows To Improve Efficiency And Productivity.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Motivate And Guide A Team Of Technical Program Managers. The Candidate Should Also Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: A Senior Manager Is Responsible For Developing And Driving The Technical Program Roadmap, Identifying Potential Risks And Issues, And Developing Strategies To Mitigate Them. The Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Think Critically To Solve Complex Problems.
Experience In Agile Methodologies: Salesforce Follows Agile Methodologies For Software Development And Project Management.
