Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Technical Account Management to join our team at Salesforce. In this role, you will be an integral part of the team that enables customer success by driving technical account management activities. You will be responsible for leading a team of technical account managers and ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives.We’re looking for someone with exceptional leadership and customer-facing skills, and a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the customer’s business, processes, and objectives; a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships; and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of technical account managers and ensure customer success by driving technical account management activities.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  3. Ensure customer objectives are met and customer service is being delivered in an excellent manner.
  4. Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage complex projects.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology and solutions.
  6. Develop strategies to drive customer success and ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Monitor customer performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve customer experience.
  8. Monitor customer accounts and identify potential areas for improvement.
  9. Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
  10. Assist in developing and executing technical account management strategies.
