Senior Manager, Tech Sourcing

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Tech Sourcing to join our team at Salesforce. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading our technology sourcing strategy and effectively managing the strategic sourcing process from sourcing to contract negotiation.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a sourcing, procurement, or supply chain role. You should be an experienced negotiator with a strong understanding of software and hardware technology and how it is used in the enterprise. 4. Monitor and analyze market trends in software and hardware technology to identify new opportunities.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key technology suppliers.
6. Evaluate current and emerging technologies to assess their potential for use in the enterprise.
7. Prepare and present reports to upper management on the progress of sourcing efforts.
8. Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
9. Establish and maintain effective processes and procedures for sourcing and procurement.
10. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
