- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including negotiating and managing partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of potential partnership and drive joint initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate and promote our value proposition to potential partners.
- Prepare and present business cases and proposals to senior management and key stakeholders for partnership opportunities.
- Track and report on partnership metrics and KPIs to measure the success of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges or issues that may arise in partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry and market trends, and provide insights and recommendations for business development opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and strengthen relationships with potential partners.
- Mentor and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve department goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop joint marketing plans and campaigns with partners.
- Continuously assess and improve partnership processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Uphold the company’s values and culture in all partnership interactions and represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders At All Levels.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Strategic Partnerships And Business Development Roles, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Negotiating Strategic Partnerships And Driving Revenue Growth.
Strong Understanding Of Salesforce's Products, Services, And Target Markets, As Well As The Competitive Landscape.
Ability To Think Strategically And Develop Long-Term Plans For Partnerships And Business Development, While Also Being Able To Execute On Short-Term Goals And Initiatives.
