- Develop and implement strategic plans for optimizing and maximizing space utilization at Salesforce
- Lead a team of space planners and designers to create efficient and aesthetically pleasing work environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into space planning solutions
- Manage multiple space planning projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings with stakeholders to assess space needs and make recommendations for improvements
- Utilize data analysis to inform space planning decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Serve as a subject matter expert on space planning, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to support space planning projects
- Train and mentor team members to ensure high-quality work and professional development
- Communicate space planning strategies and updates to senior leadership and other key stakeholders
- Monitor and report on space utilization metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as local building codes and regulations, in all space planning projects.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Architecture, Interior Design, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Space Planning And Design, Preferably In A Corporate Or Tech Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience Managing A Team Of Space Planners And Designers.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Workplace Design Trends, Space Utilization Strategies, And Industry Best Practices.
