
Senior Manager, SOX Advisory & Process Improvement

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the SOX compliance program and driving process improvements across the organization. - Develop and lead the SOX compliance program, ensuring all processes and controls are in place and adhered to in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance and identify any areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize efficiency across the organization.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all SOX-related matters, providing guidance and support to various teams and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on all regulatory changes and industry best practices related to SOX compliance, and make necessary adjustments to the program as needed.
- Create and maintain documentation of all SOX-related processes and controls, and ensure they are easily accessible to relevant parties.
- Communicate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary information and supporting documentation as needed.
- Train and mentor team members on SOX compliance and process improvement methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence and meet business objectives.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks related to SOX compliance and process improvements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of the SOX compliance program and any process improvement initiatives.
- Act as a role model for our company values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of the SOX compliance program, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Sarbanes-Oxley (Sox) Compliance And Internal Controls, With At Least 7-10 Years Of Relevant Experience In A Similar Role.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Reporting Processes And Procedures, As Well As A Solid Understanding Of Gaap And Sec Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Process Improvement Initiatives To Enhance Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Sox Compliance Programs.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Projects To Completion Within Tight Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Non-Financial Stakeholders And Influence Decision-Making At The Senior Management Level.
