
Senior Manager, SOX Advisory & Process Improvement

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and best practices.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's SOX compliance program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess key risks and controls.
- Lead and execute SOX testing and documentation processes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and other relevant parties.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and proactively implement necessary updates to the SOX compliance program.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members and ensure their adherence to compliance standards.
- Prepare and present reports on the company's SOX compliance status to senior management and audit committees.
- Identify and communicate potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices related to SOX compliance and process improvement.
- Mentor and develop junior team members and provide training as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of SOX compliance efforts with overall company goals and objectives.
- Represent the company in external meetings and discussions related to SOX compliance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve internal controls and processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Sox Compliance And Process Improvement, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Consulting Firm.
Strong Understanding Of Internal Controls And Risk Management Principles, With A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Effective Controls.
Experience Leading And Managing A Team, With The Ability To Mentor And Develop Team Members.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Sox Regulations, Including The Sarbanes-Oxley Act, And Experience Developing And Executing Sox Compliance Programs.
