  1. Develop and implement data-driven strategies and tactics for self-service marketing programs.
  2. Lead and manage a team of analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing analytics.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to identify and execute on opportunities for growth.
  4. Utilize various data sources and analysis techniques to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing self-service marketing campaigns.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  6. Continuously evaluate and improve upon data collection and analysis processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics, bringing new ideas and innovations to the team.
  8. Communicate complex data and insights to a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper setup and integration of marketing data and tools.
  10. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
  11. Represent Salesforce and the marketing analytics team at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Marketing Analytics: A Senior Manager In Self-Service Marketing Analytics At Salesforce Should Have A Strong Background In Marketing Analytics, With At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Data Analysis, Marketing Metrics, And Reporting Tools.

  • Proficiency In Salesforce Products: As A Leading Provider Of Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software, Salesforce Expects Its Senior Managers To Have A Thorough Knowledge Of Its Products And Services. This Includes Proficiency In Using Salesforce's Marketing Automation Tools, Such As Pardot And Marketing Cloud.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: In This Role, The Senior Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Analysts And Overseeing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills Are Essential, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Delegate Responsibilities, And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Senior Manager Will Be Required To Develop And Execute Strategies To Improve Self-Service Marketing Analytics At Salesforce.
