  1. Lead a team of analysts to provide in-depth insights and analytics to the self-service marketing organization.
  2. Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the self-service marketing strategy.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth and success.
  4. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce's products, services, and target audience to inform marketing decisions.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  8. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights and recommendations.
  9. Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  10. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and support their career growth.
  11. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies and drive overall business success.
  12. Own the budget and resource allocation for the self-service marketing analytics team.
  13. Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance the team's capabilities and improve efficiency.
  14. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies and regulations.
  15. Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in marketing analytics, representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Marketing Analytics: A Senior Manager In Self-Service Marketing Analytics At Salesforce Should Have A Strong Background In Marketing Analytics. This Includes Knowledge Of Data Analysis, Reporting, And Visualization Tools, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Marketing Strategies Based On Data Insights.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Analysts And Data Scientists. They Should Have Proven Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Foster A Collaborative And Inclusive Work Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Salesforce Products: Since This Role Specifically Focuses On Self-Service Marketing Analytics, It Is Essential That The Candidate Has A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce's Products And Capabilities. This Includes Knowledge Of Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, And Other Related Tools And Platforms.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Identify Key Business Challenges And Opportunities. They Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Abilities To Develop Innovative Solutions And Drive Business Impact Through Data-Driven Insights.
